Summer’s Here

And the heat is unbearable!

Goofing Around

Not my usual Saturday afternoon — my niece is actually here for a change during a weekend.

I was so happy we went out to eat together with her mom and dad.

Sounds Good

Solitude.

Silence.

Sleep.

After three straight days of learning and working, those three things are just perfect for me for the weekend.

The Early Bird…

…does not always catch the worm — or in our case, breakfast.

We had to skip breakfast to make it on time to our seminar only to discover that everyone else, including the speaker and organizers, were late (by an hour and a half).

I was so bored I wanted to go to sleep.

Too bad I couldn’t.

It Was So Hot…

…the bottle sitting in a case inside my sister’s store broke — sliced clean at the bottom.  Mind you this is a new bottle full of soda so when it cracked it spilled all over the place.  As you can see the cap is still firmly in place.

Weather in our area isn’t typically that warm even if it is summer. Today was different though not even the air conditioning could hide the heat outside at the office too.
